Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of fidra, including fidra.tech, every creator feed at play.fidra.tech/@handle and any related pages (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Tomsons Group, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use fidra

1.1 You must be 18 or older, or the legal age for gambling-style content where you live, whichever is higher. When you first open the Service we ask you to confirm your age. If you are under that age, you must leave.

1.2 Do not use the Service where doing so is against the law that applies to you. You are responsible for checking this.

2. What fidra is, and what it is not

2.1 fidra is a free entertainment feed of casino-style mini-games (for example crash, mines, plinko, slots, limbo, keno, wheel, hi-lo and towers).

2.2 All games use demo coins only. Demo coins:

• are free and are given to you by the Service;
• cannot be bought with money or anything else of value;
• cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, prizes, crypto-assets, casino credit or anything else of value;
• have no monetary value of any kind;
• are never given as a reward for signing up, depositing or playing at any casino or other third-party site;
• may be reset, changed or removed at any time, for example when you clear your browser data.

2.3 fidra is not a gambling service. We do not accept bets or wagers, we do not hold money for you, and you cannot win or lose anything of value on fidra. Results in demo games say nothing about what will happen in real-money games at any casino.

2.4 We do not sell or provide "signals", "predictors", strategies or any tool that claims to predict or influence casino game results. Anyone who claims to sell such a tool using fidra's name is not acting for us.

3. Creator feeds

3.1 Some feeds are branded for an independent creator (for example a streamer, Telegram channel or affiliate site) at play.fidra.tech/@handle. Creators are independent of us. They are not our employees or agents.

3.2 Creators may choose which games and partner links appear on their feed. What a creator says on their own channels is their own responsibility, but we require creators to follow our creator rules (the Creator Agreement we send each creator when they join), including our rules on honest advertising and protecting minors. If you see a creator breaking these rules, please tell us at g.jgerenaia@tomsons.co.

4. Third-party casinos and "Play for real" links

4.1 Some game cards show a "Play for real" button. This button is an affiliate link to a third-party online casino. If you sign up or play there, we (and the creator whose feed you are on) may be paid a commission by that casino or its affiliate program. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

4.2 Third-party casinos are run by other companies, under their own licences, terms, privacy policies and rules. We do not operate, own or control them, and we are not responsible for their games, payments, bonuses, account decisions, customer service or conduct. Any agreement you make with a casino is between you and that casino.

4.3 Before you play for real money, you must check that online gambling is legal for you where you are, that the casino is licensed to offer its services to you, and that you are old enough under local law.

4.4 "Play for real" links are not shown in some countries. In particular, they are never shown to visitors in Georgia, and they are blocked by default in the United Kingdom and the United States and in other countries we list from time to time. We detect your country approximately from technical connection data; this may sometimes be wrong. Getting around these blocks (for example with a VPN) is not allowed.

4.5 We do not guarantee that a casino we link to is licensed for your country, that a bonus shown by a casino is available to you, or that the casino will pay out. Always read the casino's own terms.

5. Responsible gambling

5.1 Gambling with real money can be addictive and can cause serious financial, health and relationship harm. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and never gamble to recover losses.

5.2 fidra includes tools to help you keep play in check, even in demo mode. See our Responsible Gambling page for these tools and for free, confidential help services.

5.3 If you have self-excluded from gambling anywhere, or think you may have a problem, please do not use the "Play for real" links.

6. Your use of the Service

You agree not to:

• use the Service if you are under 18 or under the higher age that applies to you;
• try to buy, sell, trade or cash out demo coins, or offer anything of value in exchange for them;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, click links or generate traffic;
• generate fake clicks, views or sign-ups, or otherwise interfere with how we count traffic;
• try to get around country blocks or the age confirmation;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, except as the law allows;
• attack, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use the Service to break any law.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback (for example through the in-feed feedback card), please do not include personal information such as your name, email or phone number. We may use feedback to improve the Service without paying you.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, design, code, text and the fidra name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We do not give you any other rights. Creator names, logos and content belong to the creators; casino names and logos belong to their owners.

9. Availability and changes

9.1 The Service is provided free of charge. We may change, pause or stop the Service, any game, or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

9.2 We may change these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new Terms apply.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any purpose.

10.2 Nothing on the Service is financial, legal or gambling advice.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

• anything that happens at, or any money you lose with, a third-party casino or other site you reach from the Service;
• indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or opportunity;
• loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11.2 Because the Service is free and demo coins have no value, to the extent the law allows our total liability to you for anything relating to the Service is limited to EUR 100.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that your local consumer law says cannot be excluded.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can clear demo coins and other data stored on your device by clearing your browser's site data. We may block your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

13.2 Disputes will be handled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service.
